Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit

We offer a extended return window for all purchased products. Customers are eligible to apply for a return service within sixty days starting from the day when customers receive their ordered packages. All returned items must be kept in original unused condition, with complete original packaging, accessories and attached labels to be approved for refund processing.

2. Return Application Method

All return requests need to be submitted through our official contact channel on the Contact page of our website. Customers need to submit basic order information and state the reason for return. Our after-sales team will review the application and send detailed return operation guidelines within a valid time period.

3. Refund Processing Rules

After we receive and inspect the returned goods to confirm that the products meet return standards, we will initiate the official refund procedure. The whole refund processing cycle lasts 5 to 10 business days. The refund fund will be returned to the original payment account used for order settlement.

4. Related Cost Specification

For returns caused by product quality problems or our delivery errors, we will bear all return shipping fees. For voluntary returns initiated by customers for personal reasons, customers shall bear the corresponding return shipping cost. All refunds are calculated and settled in United States Dollars (USD).

5. Rejection of Return Application

We reserve the right to reject return applications under the following circumstances: products damaged artificially after receipt, products missing original packaging and accessories, products worn for long-term daily use, and applications exceeding the stipulated return time limit.
